This year’s edition sees DokuNights evolve into a new format of a citywide musical embrace, with three separate stages offering music acts that push the boundaries of sonic explorations. Curated by Nita Deda and Leart Rama, this year's selection spans a diverse array of music and a thoughtful selection, from centuries-old ceremonial songs to contemporary acts with modern approaches to sound.

Notable performances include a concert by the Palestinian shamstep music collective 47 Soul, a site-specific performance created by Tiran Willemse and Nkisi for DokuFest, a rave night at the castle with one of Berlin's most influential and iconic labels/collectives, Hypersoft, preceded by a live cinematic performance by Gianmarco,  and a new live A/V performance by the renowned experimental electronic musician Actress.

Prizren’s own Agona Shporta will launch her debut album in her hometown with an acclaimed band of jazz musicians. Prishtina’s Electronic music producer Eljesa Beka will also release a very personal album at the festival, followed by a quadrophonic live performance by Finnish music legend Aleksi Perälä. Herrensauna returns to DokuFest with a special performance featuring hallucinatory sound compositions and sacred Sufi chants with Gegezen, while Danish pop, indie-rock, post-rock, and electronic music band Efterklang will present a film and a concert at the iconic Lumbardhi Cinema.

The festival will open with the otherworldly artist Aïsha Devi, who will perform her new visual and musical production "Les Immortelles,", and will close with a concert by Orkestra Shkodra, celebrating the rich heritage of Shkodra city in northern Albania and the artistic soul of the city where everyone sings.
