As DokuFest looks ahead to its next chapter, we are opening applications for two key positions within the organization: Executive Director and Festival Producer.
For more than two decades, DokuFest has grown through the people behind it, people who believe in the power of film, culture, collaboration and the possibility of creating meaningful change through what we do.
From a festival rooted in Prizren to a year-round cultural organization with local, regional and international reach, DokuFest continues to evolve. With that growth comes the need for strong leadership, new perspectives and people ready to help shape what comes next.
We are looking for two experienced and committed professionals to join the organization and take on central roles in its future.t goes next.
We are interested in people who bring experience, responsibility and curiosity, but also people who understand that DokuFest is built through collaboration between teams, filmmakers, artists, audiences, partners and the city that has been its home from the beginning.
