For nine days, the city will once again become a home for films, music, conversations, guests, artists, young people, and thousands of festival visitors. But behind every screening, event, concert, workshop, guest arrival, and festival moment, there is a dedicated team making it all happen.

This year, we are opening the call for supporting staff and inviting motivated, responsible, and energetic individuals to join the team behind one of Kosovo’s most important cultural events.
Whether you are an experienced professional, a student, or someone passionate about film, culture, events, and teamwork, this is your chance to become part of DokuFest’s anniversary edition and help create an unforgettable festival experience.

We are looking for staff in different festival departments, including:

⦿ Cinema Operations
⦿ Logistics
⦿ Hospitality
⦿ Events & Workshops
⦿ DokuNights
⦿ Volunteer Coordination
⦿ PR & Media
⦿ Design
⦿ Videography
⦿ Photography
⦿ Jury Coordination / assistance
⦿ DokuKids
⦿ DokuShop

Selected staff members will work closely with festival coordinators and departments, supporting the daily operation of the festival before and during the event.

Who are we looking for?

⦿ Responsible and committed individuals
⦿ People with good communication and teamwork skills
⦿ Energetic and adaptable people who can work in a dynamic environment
⦿ Individuals with interest or experience in culture, film, events, media, design, hospitality, logistics, or production
⦿ People who are ready to contribute to the smooth running of the festival
⦿ Basic knowledge of English is considered an advantage
