DokuFest is inviting companies that provide professional printing services to submit offers for the production of printed materials for the 25th edition of the International Documentary and Short Film Festival – DokuFest, which will take place from 7–15 August 2026 in Prizren.
Interested companies are invited to submit their offers for the printing of the following materials:
PRINTED MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
Festival Catalogue – Quantity: 20
Format: 160 x 160 mm
Cover: 300 gsm, CMYK print
Inside pages: 90–100 gsm matte paper, Duotone print
Number of pages: 280–320
Festival Programme – Quantity: 1,000
Format: A5
Paper: 100–115 gsm matte paper, CMYK print
Number of pages: 80–88
Posters – Quantity: 4 designs × 50 copies each
Format: B2 (500 x 700 mm)
Paper: Konzdrukt 180–200 gsm
Print: CMYK
Production Deadline: All materials must be completed within 7 days of receiving the final files from DokuFest.
Required Documentation:
—Copy of the company registration certificate and other relevant legal documents;
—Detailed financial offer (unit price and total price).
Evaluation Criteria:
Offers will be evaluated based on:
—Quality of portfolio and relevant experience;
—Offered price;
—Compliance of the offer with the requested specifications.
Only complete applications submitted within the deadline will be considered.
