DokuFest, has completed the second session as part of the YESS – Youth Engaged in Storytelling for Social Impact project. In this phase, students from various schools developed 10 film projects, progressing from the initial idea to the filming stage.

Following the first session, where students learned about storytelling and the basics of filmmaking, the second session focused on practical work. They worked in groups to develop their stories, transform them into scripts, and begin filming.

Currently, the projects are in the editing phase, with ongoing work to finalize the films. At the same time, a making-of video is being prepared to document the creation process of these 10 film projects — from the first moment to the final stages of completion.

This session marks an important step for young people interested in learning how to tell stories through film and use this medium to express the realities that surround them.
