DokuFest is inviting companies that offer professional printing services to submit their offers for the 24th edition of the International Documentary and Short Film Festival, which will take place from August 1 to 9, 2025, in Prizren.

Interested companies are invited to send their offers for printing the following materials:

  • Vertical flags (1m x 3m)
     
  • Mesh banners (price per m²)
     
  • Printed vinyl stickers in various shapes (price per m²)
     

Each offer should include:

  • Prices for each product
     
  • Production and delivery time
     
  • Material quality and technical specifications (if available)
     
  • Payment terms and possible discounts
     
  • Any other relevant information
     

Deadline for production and delivery:
Within 7 days after receiving the final materials from DokuFest.

Required documents:

  1. Copy of company registration certificate and any other legal documents
     
  2. Detailed financial offer (price per unit and total price)
     

Offers will be evaluated based on:

  1. Quality of portfolio and relevant experience
     
  2. Price
     
  3. How well the offer meets the requirements
     

Only complete offers submitted on time will be considered.
