Një vëlla e një motër jetojnë në qytetin industrial të Elefsina. Një urë e lidh lagjen e tyre, të banuar kryesisht nga grek të Detit të Zi, me një zonë të banuar me imigrantë me prejardhje të ndryshme. Ndarjet sociale shkaktojnë veprime armiqësore, që reflektojnë në skenën e sportit vendor dhe në marrëdhëniet e vëllait e motrës.

Evi Kalogiropoulou is a visual artist and filmmaker working both in Athens and London. Evi has studied in Athens School Fine Art and she hold a Master from the Royal College of Art in Moving Image.
She accomplished a film commissioned by the Onassis Foundation for the ENTER online exhibition and a film commissioned by PCAI for their film collection. Her film NEIGHBOURS was screened in the Whitechapel Gallery and at the BFI.
