Filmmaker Wiktoria Szymanska was given ownership of a very private treasure trove of artistic effects. With these gifts, she has created a deeply personal and whimsical film that retraces the love story of an unusual and unique creative union, bringing a hidden cultural and artistic treasure from the 20th century into the light. Franciszka and Stefan Themerson lived, worked, and made art together for almost sixty years, first in Poland, then France, eventually settling in England. The only time the couple was ever separated was during the outbreak of World War II. And even then, they remained connected.

Biografia e Regjisorëve

Wiktoria was begotten in Gdansk. Having passion for art, she went to the musical school and then Art College. In 2004 moved her way to Paris to graduate film and Art Film studies at the Sorbonne. Since 2005, Wiktoria worked in film production, in development of international film project with Parisian film houses alsoworked as director assistant on short and documentary films.
