Synopsis

Four youngsters will make the world a better place. Summer of 2011, everything changes. Forever. Sana, Henrik, Prince and John participate in various youth parties. They are currently preparing for the fall campaign of intense debate training. On 21st july Johanne takes boat to Utøya. As it happens this changes everything forever. Oslo hit by terror. Government building bombed and right-wing mass murderer carries out a massacre under Labour Youth League summer camp. “To Youth” is a documentary film that depicts the generation that molded the lives of 22 July 2011.

Director Biography

Kari Anne Moe, born 1976, studied documentary directing at the Film and TV Academy in Oslo, and at the documentary department at Volda University College. In 2005 she made the documentary film The Tambourine Man. She has been working with Sant & Usant since 2007 as a director and producer. Bravehearts is her first feature-length film.
