Sun starved teenagers take on a dreamy trip to the Balearic islands in the pursuit of light and warmth. They must absorb it and be a vessel in order to transport it back to their heavy clouded kingdom.

Christian Avilés (Barcelona, 1997). Director and composer. He studied a degree in Cinema and Audiovisual Media in ESCAC (Catalonia Film School), specialized in Direction. “La herida luminosa (Daydreaming so vividly about our spanish holidays)” is his final degree project and his first short film.
