Someone inserts a VHS tape into a VCR. The tape plays, and every type of television appears on the screen, worn by time, often unrecognizable. These are Beatrice's childhood memories. Like tapes, inevitably damaged by time, so are her memories. Thus begins a journey of personal reflection, in which she relives her relationship with her ailing mother. The search is arduous, the images mix and recompose, taking on entirely new meanings. Thanks to this painful search, the director reconstructs her most intimate narrative to try to rediscover what she had lost.
