Biografia e Regjisorëve
Arturo Baltazar is a student in the Department of Image and Sound of the University of Guadalajara. Currently, he works at the general direction of the audiovisual laboratory, Kinolab GDL, which already has two editions, and is in the postproduction of his new fictional short film Noctámbulos. He is also cinematographer in diverse short film projects.
