DokuFest announces the request for bids for a commercial entity/travel agency for the reservation and purchase of international air travel tickets (arrival & departure) for festival guests traveling to Kosovo on dates from 4 – 12 August 2023.
The guests are from different countries of the world and from the companies we ask for offers for the reservation of plane tickets, the services of a designated staff for assistance for a time of 12 hours during the day for services and communications related to reservations, processing or even cancellations.
The conditions for the tender are that the companies are relevant for reasonable and discount terms and term pending release.
