Një qytet është orkestrim i banorëve të tij. Filmi portretizon qytetin e Kabulit përmes detajeve ditore të dy fëmijëve dhe një shoferi autobusi, të vendosur kundrejt prapavijës së një qyteti të shkatërruar nga fuqitë politike dhe fetare.

Aboozar Amini received his BA in Fine Arts at the Art Academy in Amsterdam and his MA from the London Film School. He has worked as an editor as well as a writer and director. Among his shorts are KabulTehranKabul (2010), Angelus Novus (2015), Where Is Kurdistan? (2016), and Best Day Ever (2018). For Kabul, City in the Wind, Amini was awarded the First Appearance Special Jury Award from the Amsterdam International Documentary Film Festival.
