Mitrovica is a city in Kosovo ethnically divided between Albanians and Serbs. Landscape of the place frozen by conflict narrates two poems about the dying mothers. Two people seem to be lost in ruins and the cherry trees blossom.

Marko Grba Singh (b. 1988, Belgrade) is a PhD candidate in Film Directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts. His films screened at Visions du Réel, FIDMarseille, and Cannes ACID. Artistic Director of BELDOCS since 2018. His debut feature Rampart premiered at Locarno in 2021.
