On a paradise island, schoolkids wait for the rain to stop. A former ad exec closes a land deal, an entrepreneur battles nature to build a resort, a vet clears snakes from foreign gardens, and an influencer recovers from heartbreak. A father and son prepare to leave, while a dancer adopts a new identity.
Mladen Kovačević is a film director and writer based in Belgrade, Serbia. His latest film Possibility of Paradise (2024) premiered at Venice, at Giornate Degli Autori. He is currently shooting the docu-fiction Koryo and developing the fiction feature Behind the Curtains, Behind the Trees.
