DokuFest is pleased to invite all interested parties to join the team by opening a job vacancy for Assistant Finance and Administration.
Responsibilities and duties for finance and administration assistants:
- Compilation of financial reports on a monthly, annual basis according to the requirements of the financial manager.
- Compilation of special reports according to donor requests.
- Assistance in drafting audit documents.
- Registration of invoices and transactions in the financial software system.
- Registration - Compilation of service contracts and registration in the protocol book.
- Preparation of procurement documentation.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a similar field.
Financial Administrator Assistant Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as an assistant financial administrator.
- Working knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks (preferred).
- Careful attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent analytical and financial skills.
- Basic knowledge of procurement procedures.
- High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of English language.
