After being expelled from school in his hometown, Tarik is forced to leave his single mother, Marija, and move to Novi Pazar to live with his father, Safet, and his family.
Directors' Biography
Adem Tutić (b. 2002, Novi Pazar) is a Belgrade-based filmmaker. His films explore identity, belonging, and social realities. His works include “Forty” and “Tarik”. “Forty” won the Bronze Egg, while “Tarik” received the Heart of Sarajevo for Best Student Film.
