A Unique KAOS Camping Performance

KAOS CAMPING is an art group of Hungarian artists and filmmakers who have been performing for 25 years. Using super 8mm and 16mm films, they aim to engage and expand viewers' attention for a special sensory experience, creating an extended cinema.

Their latest show, "Total Blackout for Our Peace of Mind," explores the current economic and social crises

At DokuFest, the collective will present installations featuring archival super 8 and 16mm films, using only analog devices like slide projectors, turntables, gramophones, and tape recorders. These installations mix cinema, informative presentations, and anarchist performances.

The members—Csaba Szeredi, József Szolnoki, Kornél Szilágyi, and Csaba Vándor—will also be filming at DokuFest with analog techniques, developing film excerpts with coffee and displaying them in short loops.

Since its formation in 2000, KAOS CAMPING has pushed the limits of traditional media, offering a nostalgic yet contemporary artistic experience.

Join us for an incredible experience starting from 20:30 on the 7th of August at Key!
