Synopsis

Metin celebrates his birthday, his friend Hassan surprises him with a cake. He remembers his tragic, romantic, cheerful and mysterious birthday on July 25th, 1963. One day before the earthquake which destroyed 80 percent of the city of Skopje.

Director Biography

Sezer Salihi grew up in Skopje and moved to Istanbul at the age of 21, where he finished his bachelor degree and now he continues with master programe on the field of cinema at Marmara University. Upon graduation, Sezer returned to Skopje to direct couple of short drama films. He worked as Tv Editor at national Tv 21 also worked as mentor at Giffoni Film Festival. He made a bunch of short films, music videos and commercial films.
