In Russia, everything is possible on the road, so everyone is driving around with a dash cam. It is an insurance against unwarranted claims, but also a means against corrupt police officers. The main character of this long trip of dash cam videos is not a famous person, but the everyday Russian man or woman on the street, or rather road.
Dmitrii Kalashnikov, is a young Russian director. He studied at the Saint Petersburg State University of Film and Television and currently works for the studio 8sp in Russia. In 2015 he directed the short film Film About Love, in which he followed during two months the director Dmitrii Sidorov, his former tutor when he was student at the university.
