Le Crabe - The Crab

Christophe Hermans was born in Namur in 1982. He went to the Institute des Arts de Diffusion (IAD) where he made a short documentary: Poids Plume (2005), which won him several awards in national festivals. After studies, he directed another short documentary: Jeu de Dames (2006). Le crabe (2007), co-directed with Xavier Seron, is his first fiction after school.

Xavier Seron was born in Brussels in 1975. After studying law he joined the Institute des Arts de Diffusion (IAD) in 2001, where he made Rien d’insoluble (2005), which was selected in several festivals including the Mostra de Venise in the category « Corto Cortissimo » . Le crabe (2007), co-directed with Christophe Hermans is his first short after school.
