Since the COVID pandemic, film festivals have been facing colossal challenges that shook up their structures. From internal financial pressures to existential threats exacerbated by global conflicts, festivals are in the eye of the storm. Our guest speakers will talk about their personal experiences dealing with their own institutions. It will also be a time of reflection on the role of festivals in this new global order.
