The film highlights the impact urban development has on Tirana, by moving the city beyond its capacity and enclosures, and leaving it in a state of constant transformation and material resistance. Emphasizing the tension between the flows of everyday life and top-down urban interventions, this film conceptualizes movement as time, change, and also a form of denouncement.
