Our favorite spot at midnight during DokuFest, the Andrra Stage, without fail, knows how to transform itself into a powerhouse for long nights and catching up with music. DokuFest’s music programme has always been a connection point for all of those who love to experience the ultimate fun in this city with all its magic. The last Doku-Night for this year welcomed some of the best of our own and what the world holds within, as a strong statement that creative liberty is already summoned and we just have to dance while the music plays loud.
We danced while Dopplereffekt took the stage by storm with their hypnotic fusion of beats, demanding the audience to love and be the life of the party forevermore. It was amidst this ethereal backdrop that Dopplereffekt ignited the atmosphere with their mesmerizing power on a night we waited so long to come true.
We danced during Genc Elezaj’s astonishing set, inviting everyone nearer and nearer to the stage. In his work, he shifts music into other genres of artistic practices and creates a compelling performance—a cinematic one—a story of your own being led by the light.
From Barcelona to Prizren, ISAbella brought all the nuances of a daring and powerful night through her performance, and we couldn’t ask for more.
Reptant took the stage with an electrifying presence while the crowd was immersed in his well-curated mix of acid, electro, and techno.
The spirit of this city is engraved in the nights we spend waiting for the sunlight. Nothing is more compelling and purifying than a night no one wants to miss a beat.
We saw people reconnecting, hugging, kissing, and dancing with each other, going oh so gently into that good night.
DokuNights is an open declaration of love to Prizren, a city that makes us never want to leave. There is so little time and much to do, while love patiently waits for us on the dance floor.
Thank you to everyone who joined DokuNights, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds for us.
