Directors' Biography
<p>Born in 1972 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Tudor Giurgiu is a member of the European Film Academy, founder and President of the Transylvania IFF and the Full Moon – Horror & Fantasy FF and initiator of the Gopo Awards – Romania’s national film awards. He is founder of the production company Libra Film, the film distribution company Transilvania Film and co-founder of local exhibitor Cityplex (11 screens).</p>
