Poet of the Elephant House

Synopsis

“Poet of the Elephant House” is a personal story about the life of a grandpa, told by his grandchild. With stills from past and present, filmed meetings, voices and tones the director pieces together her own and her grandpa’s thoughts.

Directors' Biography

Shot her first film Anna (a six-minute short) at age 17. She studied photography and film, and she is currently involved in ecological landscaping. She does illustration work for magazines and collaborates on sound installations.
