Directors' Biography
Theodore Ushev, born in Kyustendil, Bulgaria, is an award-winning filmmaker based in Montreal since 1999. Known for Lipsett Diaries and the Oscar®-nominated Blind Vaysha, he has made over 10 films with the NFB. His latest and most ambitious work is The Physics of Sorrow (2019).
