In a personal reflection, Craig Commanda talks to us about the effects of depression on his life and the journey to get out of it.
Director
Craig Commanda was born in 1991 in Kitigan Zibi, an Anishnabe community. Passionate about music, he plays guitar and bass. He worked as an audio technician at Indigenous Culture and Media Innovations in Kitigan Zibi and as an assistant trainer for Wapikoni. He is increasingly interested in making films.
