Synopsis

Oleg Nikolaevich Karavaichuk at 89 years of age continues to be a controversial and enigmatic figure for Russian culture. Who is this man who looks like character out of a story by Gogol? Is it a servant of the Tsar Nikolas II who was entrusted with the piano the palace to keep alive the spirit of the past? Oleg with his art challenges the identity of their country transforming and reinventing every moment. Oleg's presence fills all with poetry and music. We move away from reality.

Director Biography

Andrés Duque, born in Venezuela in 1972, he lives and works in Barcelona, Spain. He has a degree in journalism, did a Master’s in Creative Documentary Filmmaking and directed Iván Z (2005), Paralelo 10 (2005), and Color perro que huye (2011).
