The Solitude of Memory

Synopsis

José, Nando’s father, repeatedly remembers the last words he said to his son before the last one died. Then, inhabits spaces they shared together in a film that presents a profound reflection of memory and mourning.

Directors' Biography

Juan Pablo González studied a master´s degree in Filmmaking at the University of Texas, in Austin. He was a scholarship holder of Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes (Fonca). In 2014, he received the Jesse H. Jones Fellowship and won one of the Austin Film Society Film Production grants.
