In this radical re-imagining of an artist’s life, Bernardo Bertolucci gives a first-hand account of cinema. Directors Fasano and Guadagnino spent two years patiently and passionately looking at over three hundred hours of archival footage from around the world before completing this one of a kind essay documentary.
