Synopsis

October 1st, 1997. Students turn out on the streets of Prishtina to protest for their rights, against the repressive regime. Among them, three teenage friends also attend the protest, finding themselves in unimaginable situations.

Director Biography

Alban Ukaj was born in Pristina (Kosovo) in 1980 and is an Albanian actor. He attended the Sarajevo Academy of Dramatic Art. He is notable for his role in the film Lorna’s Silence and his lead role in the Greek film J.A.C.E.[1] He is also known for his performances as a stage actor in Kosovo, Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina, and Serbia.
Yll Çitaku was born in 1979, he graduated as a film director from the Academy of Arts at the University of Prishtina, Kosovo. His film Should I Stay or Should I Go (2001) won Best Film at the first edition of DokuFest in Prizren. He also directed, among others, Tatita (2005), Move with Me (2007), Blue Wall Red Door (2009), Nusja Jone and Beyond the Road (2009).
