Synopsis

Set amidst the Kosova War in 1999, a teenage girl seeks refuge from a village massacre in a mountain cave, sharing a surreal reunion when her older sister. Inspired by true events.

Director Biography

Antoneta and Casey have directed several documentary films together over the past years in Kosova together with cinematographer, Sevdije Kastrati. Now based in Los Angeles, they are writing and directing fiction films, while they continue to produce documentaries that address important issues for Kosovar society. Ninulla is their first collaboration on a fiction piece of work.
