Directors' Biography
<p>Born in 1981, Israel in Petach Tikva. Prior to his studies, was a member of the “Baboon Group”, under which he directed a short film titled “Van Gough In Tel Aviv”. He began his studies at the Sam Spiegel Film & TV School, Jerusalem, in 2002. “The Hungry Heart” was his third year film. “Shred of Hope” is his graduation film. In 2008, Tom Shoval joined the teaching staff of the Sam Spiegel Film & TV School, Jerusalem.</p>
