Microphobia is about the beauty and uniqueness of nature and the desire to make her manageable. Images of plant particles are skillfully arranged to abstract and figurative forms. In isolated, macroscopic views they approach threatening. They thicken and shrink to dense, complex shapes. Figurative creatures are generated. The viewer is hoaxed to, consumed and regurgitated by these manipulated forms. A thrilling journey into the hidden and fantastic world of plants taking on a different path.
